I have a WrLife policy for 2 years. Last year I needed a hernia repair. Hernia was diagnosed first by my urologist. I submitted to WrLife 2 urological reports: one showing no hernia and a second report months later showing hernia. I also submittted a KUB report that had be done 8 months earlier showing no hernia.Claim was paid in full. Thank you.

By the way, it's most likely impossible to cancel insurance, you have to block your bank card. I asked them to cancel my insurance, 3 messages to different contacts they finally responded on my email and said that it's cancelled. In 3 days my card was charged again.

I do not think that this is a proper health insurance. When I signed up for the policy, they only wanted my name and DOB. No Passport number, no address, no personal details. Everything was done on an App, without any signatures at all. I have requested proper payment receipts, but got the answer that it is only possible to issue a receipt if I paid by credit card. Since then, they charge my card without asking and even if the money is deducted, I still get payment reminders which say I didnt pay. I am very worried that in a real emergency, the policy wouldnt help at all.

Also, ask police and immigration service to check their Thai work permit.

We bought insurance, and after the accident we went to the clinic. We received treatment, which the insurance company refused to reimburse referring to the illness before the purchase of the policy, which is not justified and there is no evidence of that. A week later we went to the clinic with another disease, which occurred during the term of the policy. The insurance company stopped responding to letters altogether. We wrote letters for several days. Think 100 times before you buy insurance products from this company. You are not insured, the insurer will ignore you.

Wrlife has not paid its bills for 2 months and is ignoring emails without responding to them. All documents have been submitted, but there is still no insurance payment! Policy number: MDI180198 I do not recommend anyone to buy an insurance policy from this company.

I had a very long Roller coaster ride getting my claim processed! But in the end they did approve everything. One word of caution if you do file a claim under the accident insurance make sure to get a drug alcohol test when being admitted. Save a lot of problems
