Richy restored two of my dearly beloved back to their former glory which I wasn't sure was possible.. I wasn't in a hurry for a quick turnaround by any means, yet all parts were ordered the same day and the work was completed in less than 1 week.Really friendly and professional - I couldn't recommend highly enough. As crazy as it can sound, finding a good luthier is hard in London, tried few of them and I was never happy with the results, feel like they don’t spend enough time to understand the needs of each person. Richy did an amazing job setting up my guitar, perfectly setup the way I wanted, in no time.Price are fair and he is a good dude.Highly recommended.

Richy has cleaned up / set up 3 of my guitars and they always come back in great condition and playing amazingly. Will continue to use him for help with any of my instruments, job done quickly and to high standards every time I've used him.

I brought Richy my Lakland 55-94 for a full setup and I'm delighted with the results; everything is absolutely spot on. Richy lowered the action so there's a lovely even tone and feel throughout the entire fretboard and the sound has improved drastically. Richy is a really sound lad who is clearly very knowledgeable and conscientious in his work. This coupled with his incredibly reasonable prices mean I cannot recommend Richy highly enough, I'll definitely be back to him in the future.

I brought a Les Paul with pretty worn out frets, abused nut and poorly adjusted bridge. Richy has done a great job replacing the frets, changing the nut and repairing all the rest. Playing it now is a pure pleasure. A service totally worth its price, Cheers

Took my high end Warwick bass to Richy for a full set up, fretboard clean and re-string. Very pleased with the results and great value for money. Added to that Richy is a really nice guy to deal with. Recommended to all bassists !

Richy is amazing! I managed to break a string on my acoustic and he was kind enough to replace the string for absolutely no charge! Awesome guy and cannot recommend him enough!

Excellent work by a skilled luthier.Fixed a broken next on my Martin acoustic and set up my Les Paul.Richy takes the the time to understand the work that you need doing and does the work both with care and well priced.Both plays brilliantly now.

Richy is great. I recently bought a 1974 Fender strat, beautiful guitar, but it definitely needed some work. I had no idea what to do here so was recommended Richy.I dropped it off and then picked it up after a couple of weeks and it plays absolutely amazingly. New frets, new nut, and a full setup. Richy kept me in the loop and made sure I was ok with the price of work that needed doing which I thought was nice.It plays absolutely perfectly, wouldn't change a thing about it!Richy also prices super fairly, I can tell a lot of work went into it, and the price is totally reasonable.If you have a guitar that needs work, and you are in or around London, you gotta go to Richy's Guitars!
