Travelled to Birmingham to show these guys 2 small sample parts in order to obtain a quotation to manufacture. Waited 4 weeks for a quote, which when it came, was astronomical.I kindly declined their services and requested that they pop the samples in the post and return them to me which would have only cost them a couple of quid. Samples never arrived back with me and so far I've been waiting 6 weeks.A case of sour grapes in my opinion. A wasted journey, a waste of 4 weeks and has cost me money in lost parts.
