From the second I stepped in to the fitting and after care contact Carpet King were fantastic! Colin was extremely welcoming and friendly and found me the perfect colour that I had been searching for - duck egg blue - and I love it! Frankie was great too when I phoned in to check things. Martin turned up on time to size up the house and Lee and Sam then did the fitting! What a team of great guys! I would absolutely recommend Carpet King for all your flooring needs! Pefect service from start to finish.Picked a carpet on the 2nd of January with excellent service from store staff.Came to measure on the 3rd again lovely man.Carpet fitted on the 4th with nice polite fitters.Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I had ordered flooring online and was let down with delivery date being delayed as out of stock. I was needing grey laminate on time for my garage conversion being started a few days later and after visiting a few local stores and experiencing unhelpful staff or no stock or no idea of when getting stock in etc, I phoned Carpet King. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and advised they had quite a few in grey to choose from and plenty of stock in store and also what time they were opened to that night and the next day, I drove straight over and was helped again by the lovely staff in store shown all the different choices and prices given, Thanks to Carpet King I got what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I had a wee emergency and I called Carpet King.They had exactly what I was looking for and when I arrived it was already cut to the length that I required and wrapped at the front door.This is proper service 10Thanks-10

Staff at Carpet King were so helpful they showed me loads of carpets for my budget. Carpet I got was great value for money with free fitting included and they accommodated me with my fitting over 2 days. The carpet fitters were also very pleasant and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them for all my future carpets.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! MIS-SOLD LINE FAULTED CARPETBought our living room and staircase carpet , It was a grey grade B carpet. At the time of choosing and buying the carpet we asked what B grade meant. The shop assistant Chris explained that it was a difference in the weight of carpet which we would not notice as we had chosen a decent millimetre underlay. Of course we had taken his word for it as he was nice and helpful enough at the time. We got our carpet delivered and fitted, once the fitting was nearly complete the fitter noticed lines running through the carpet and advised leaving the carpet to settle for a week after fitting and if they were still visible to get back in touch with the shop to get it sorted. We allowed over a week and friends and family had commented as they also noticed the lines saying that it didn’t look right and looked more like line faults in the carpet. Went to see Chris as he hadn’t responded to our calls regarding the lines so eventually had to go back to the shop. The only way of them fixing the carpet was by receiving a credit note from the carpet supplier HOWEVER we were not allowed to buy any other carpet apart from the same one in a Grade A AND for double the price! We have been completely refused a refund or the choice of another carpet for the price we paid which was £700!! We are now left with a mis-sold line faulted carpet, £700 out of pocket! And shocking customer service!! We have now taken this to the TRADING STANDARDS!
