Dr Williams is one of the best has been really helpful with my family cant thank her enough.i even found them to friendly and helpful, even if you have to wait for an appointment which i may add is not just at this surgery but country wide, even at my drs surgery.

Wendy has been so helpful this week. Giving me information and empowering me to make a decision. Checking and further checking with colleagues. Making first available appointment for me and remembering something mentioned for obtaining further services. Good customer care.

The dr's are 5 star I really can't under sell how good they are. The one star is because I've been with surgery for my entire life and I have always had troubles booking an appointment. One receptionist is awful for messing up and then being rude about it. We all know which one it is she's the same one making you wait while she talks. She writes your details on post sticks then forgets to put it on the system.

Fantastic doctors, if you can get to see one! As per other reviews, rude impatient receptionists. About time the practice took notice of their patients.

Awful receptionists, you don't stand a chance of seeing the doctors at this place unless you can get past the rude receptionists. I called back as advised by the morning receptionist to try and get an appointment, only for the afternoon receptionist to tell me none were available, once I queried how I was ever to get an appointment the receptionist put the phone down on me. Rude, impolite women, good luck getting pass these ladies. If I spoke to people the way they do I'd lose my job.

Very bad serviceI m having back pain n headache, loose motion for 4 weeks continuesly taking paracetamol and no luck n getting worstCalled up the go at 13.59 answered at 2.27 said there's no appointment I explained I'm with a 3 year old alone, I can't stand for more than 5 minutes pain getting worst . They could only offer an appointment for next Monday.Shiniest service ever

The receptionists are very rude and when they do phone you back to give you information they forget what they are told and say i will ring you back but never do i mean how can they forget what to tell you then dont bother ringing back the gps and nurses on the other hand are very nice.

How can it be possible that if I phone at 8.30 or 2pm in the afternoon and wait in a queue I can !sometimes! get a same day appointment or if I'm lucky a phone consultation but if I book an appointment I have to wait 2 weeks this is senseless I was first in the queue and I waited 10min for an answer considering there is hardly anyone in the surgery waiting room why does it take 10 min to answer a phone as there is more than one receptionist what happened to the old method where you sat in the waiting room regardless how long it took you was able to see a doctor on same morning or afternoonCovid is now going to be the excuse that we now have to accept a phone consultation for ever which is really a waste of time because more often than not you will still have to make an appointment face to face so more time wasting for doctors w

Excellent service from all the staff that I have come across.. Receptionists and various doctors have been superb... They understand the patient and dispite being under enormous pressures they are professional, caring and more importantly have a listening ear..
