Dean from the start was fun, welcoming and enthusiastic to a obstacle course newbie such as myself he give me valuable knowledge to help me with my technique. I look forward to coming to Rookery Fit Farm next Sunday.. Definitely a five stars from me !

Absolutely fantastic, and a great way to get an all body workout. Dean, Kinky and the other instructors are really great at advising, motivating and generally being funny. If some of it looks daunting, you just have to give it a try - you might find you enjoy it (Loved jumping and rolling over the walls like Bodie and Doyle). Well worth it, and a wicked, muddy, wet, fun hour on a Sunday morning. Go on, what are you waiting for?

Attended for a hen do and it was so much fun! Dean is fantastic at coaching you through every step but keeping it light hearted and fun. We had varying levels of fitness and all really enjoyed it.

I do not EXERCISE! But this was FANTASTIC. I am over weight and thought I would never be able to do any of it but I DID. Range of levels and adaptations to your fitness needs. I'm super proud of my first day and I WILL BE BACK!! Dean is super supportive and I feel i can only progress, get fitter and best of all.... HAVE FUN. You must try it!!!
