They are genuine, Working staff are friendly specially the coordinator. She was very proactive to arrange everything. Agency's Services and massager are also good,polite and beautiful.Some other few agnecies share looka like pictures and at the end at doorstep. Somone else comes in. Thankfully this agency is genuine. The picture they shared same person arrived. Im very much happy.

I booked a masseuse this evening and requested that she confirm by text the booking. I requested this for an hour and still did not receive any text, Then The agency told me the massage was cancelled and that not other masseuse was available.This agency is not serious, the masseuse do not confirm by text, this is a joke. AVOID

The service was unprofessional and unreliable. The massaging therapists were rude and did not provide a relaxing or therapeutic experience. The receptionist on the phone was not helping at all, and it was difficult to communicate with them or resolve any issues.I paid for a 90 minute session, they hardly stayed for 45 minutes. I called once the therapist left and explained the whole situation. They apologised, that's all. They said next time I book with them I will definitely get a good therapist. I am very disappointed and I will not be using them again. I would not recommend using them, might aswell look for a better mobile massage service ☹️☹️

The massage was good but if Bhavisha can apply more pressure next time that would be better i find a deep tissue massage always helps to relieve my pain the deeper the massage the better
