Forever Party

I’ve had a very bad experience with Forever Party who jave no customer service.I ordered platters for £89 on 14 feb, delivery was following day & if it was standard delivery it would’ve been 17 Feb. if spent more than 40. I still didn’t receive anything until last week, when I emailed to cancel. There were no responses, Pls DO NOT waste money at Forever Party, look elsewhere. TBH I wouldn’t have given 1 start.

My partner and I have been using them for our small business, we have had issues in the past but opted to keep using them as it was convinient. We recently had ordered boxes from them and they shouldve had arrived on Wednesday. When we check ed the status online they hadnt even dispatched them so we emailed and they replied blaming royal (could be true but it was suspicious as in the tracking it showed they hadnt even dispatched them. Now I ran out of these boxes and as I was relying on them for orders today im unsure where to get boxes this late. We then recieved an email saying they will be delivered tomorrow and it was an automatic message, when trying to call they never answer to avoid angry customers I assume. We wont be using them again

Have ordered several times from Forever Party and have had no issues as I haven’t had any problems until now.Places an order 3 weeks ago for an event, still haven’t received the parcel as Evri says they’re still expecting it. Called countless amounts of times, emailed over 10 times. Left messages on their different social media platform, and still no reply. The customer service is shocking, and I will never be using them again.Taking further action through PayPal to get my money back. If i could give 0 stars I would!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was a bit worried about ordering from here because of the reviews but I’m so glad I did, I’ve done two orders now and delivery was so quick on both orders and all my items came. Will definitely order again.

Placed an ordered for next day delivery, now been a week since ordered. No information as to where my delivery is.Can’t ring them as they’re ‘busy’ so emailed them and have not heard anything back.Ridiculous will not be using again.

Ordered 5 packs of platters and only 3 arrived - no answer to emails or many phone calls chasing up the 'error'. My fault for not reading recent Google reviews thoroughly! They're clearly scamming customers deliberately. Avoid.

***They called me back and solved the issue by sending the missing pack of the cupcake boxes***I received my parcel Wednesday 28th September 2022 and noticed I was missing one pack of 25 (12 hole cupcake boxes). I ordered 3 packs but received 2 packs and was charged for 3 packs of the 12 hole boxes.It clearly says on the invoice I was supposed to get 3 packs of the 12 hole cupcake boxes but clearly didnt receive it.I tried emailing, messaging on their social media sites and calling them but still haven't received a reply back.I will not be using this company again!!!

Awful company, slow and unreliable. Only redeeming feature was the lovely service assistant called Loren that I spoke to on the phone. Will not be using them again- trust the reviews guys!

The service is awful. I ordered from them two weeks ago and still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. They do not answer the phone neither respond to your emails; really bad customer service! They used to be so good. I will have to go to my bank to get a refund.
