Great support from Dan Hallett throughout. I was living in Erewash Works and honestly I'm sad to leave but needed to upsize. The whole experience from moving in to moving out couldn't have been easier, Dan is always going the extra mile to help when you have a query and nothing is too much to ask. It makes such a great difference to previous Letting Agents and he really does look out for you as a tenant. Very approachable in character and got things sorted for us asap every time, really does share your concerns and understanding. The flat itself was really good value and the location couldn't have been more central. I would absolutely recommend using these guys if you are looking about, best letting agent I've used (and I was in three different rentals throughout Uni), very responsive, not pushy, and total respect for privacy also.

Spoke with Daniel for the whole process.He always answered and questions we had quickly and as we were first time renting he assured we had an easy time with the paper work ect.Within 2 weeks of enquiring about the property we had moved in.I would 100 percent recommend All Agreed.

After seeing all the positive reviews and wanting to support a small independent business, I chose All Agreed to sell my house and what a great decision it was. It was my first time selling so I was in slightly unknown territory, but the process was smooth and efficient; I was kept up to date with all proceedings through Dan even to the very end, any questions I had were answered quickly and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. Dan is absolutely amazing and really helpful. He helped find a lovely property for my daughter who was stuck in a terrible house rental through a horrendous well known agency. Hers and my faith in agents has been restored after dealing with Dan and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
