Stopped going here as hair cuts not particularly good and staff seem to not really care for their customers. Went in once and one of the team had been cutting his toenails (disgusting in itself in view of customers) and then without even washing his hands went to cut hair.

Terrible barbers, walked off and didn’t come back for 10 minutes as was on the phone. Then proceeds to butcher my hair and use cheap clippers. Didn’t show me the back of my head and then asked if I liked it.

I had hair cut today and they used a blunt razor which caused my skin to flare up and resulted in a painful graze across the back of neck, I went back and explained I was told put a hot towel on it it will go, I was also told this was my skins fault being to sensitive. I have never had issues like this before. I asked for a simple refund due to they caused it and was declined. I will not be returning and if any customers wish to get t a cheap haircut I’d advise to go else where.

Easily the worst haircut I've ever had or seen in my life,. I can't believe that I paid for this. I had to go to ralph's to fix it, they said they have never seen such butcherie in their whole time cutting hair. The butcher was a young lad on His 6 weeks holiday, he had no idea whatsoever. Please avoid this shop, you will leave disappointed with a hair cut from hell. The picture is just the back. Front and sides are worse however I'm too embarrassed to show my face.

I went to this barber shop a few times. Only once I was satisfied. The other times the service was of poor quality, and despite an easy type of haircut (sides short, top a bit longer) there was always something wrong. However, after the last visit I was utterly disappointed, when I realised there are longer strands protruding from my hair. I'm sorry, but I will not come back to this barber shop again.
