Simon was a great tutor.Lots of practical training. It was especially good to have so much equipment so that everyone could practice together. Also we all used a defibrillator. Felt confident after the course.

This course taught by Duncan Shannon was thorough, very clear and full of tips to help me remember all the important information. The combination of learning alongside practical and hands on practice will I feel give me the confidence to use what zi have learned if the situation should arise.

Duncan and Simon are excellent they are engaging and run through the training at a steady pass so it easy to take in and remember. They are patient and friendly and project a calm and relaxed environment to train in. Could not recommend them enough.

Was really impressed with my first aid at work training by crosswise. I needed to get some training for my staff and Simon and his team came to us to deliver the training which was so convenient. The course was delivered by very knowledgeable instructors who were happy to give real world experience in relation to the training.Thoroughly recommend!

Best first aid course we have been on and there have been many. Brilliantly organised and delivered. Well explained . Up to date and plenty of equipment. Our instructor was very knowledgeable with some memorable anecdotes and nice humour.
