Visited the shop today (7/09/23) at Cheshire Oaks outlet store, where we were remembered straight away by David from our visit a couple of months back. He was on shift with another gentleman called Josh. Can not fault these guys and their customer service enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very informative and helpful with stock. Their customer service alone is enough for us to make sure we visit again. Great guys. An absolute credit to the company.

got my new rocks in a week all the way to finland!!! never even recieved an order confirmation or a tracking number, they just appeared on my doorstep with no warning. i’m still super satisfied the shoes are 100% legit and soooo beautiful,,, just a little confused on how they arrived so quickly and how i didn’t even have to pay 4 customs or tax??

Fantastic Experience!I needed my leather trench coat altering and found the Leather Jacket company using an internet search. I rang, and Moss" (Mohsen) answered the phone. What an incredible man! He told me they could do everything I wanted within a few weeks and the price quoted was very reasonable. I have to say that this has been the best retail experience of my life. After losing quite a bit of weight I took my 5 year old Sheepskin Aviator Jacket back to the Norwich Leather Shop to be altered.It had to be completely taken apart, 3 inches taken off the width and 2 inches off the shoulders.I am beyond pleased! The work is superb quality and was done in less than 2 weeks and very reasonably priced.The service I received was excellent.Thank you so much.

My wife promised me a genuine high quality leather jacket as a forthcoming birthday present.Found one just in the style I wanted within minutes but required a larger size. We had prompt and friendly assistance from a lovely lady who ensured I had the right size and even remembered to wish me a happy birthday before we left! Plenty of choice and reasonable prices. Recommended!

I had alterations done to my black leather blazer i bought from the leather shop as it didn't fit perfectly. It's a very stylish and luxurious leather blazer I bought 1 or 2 years ago but just needed to fit me perfectly. Moss and his staff are very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with the alterations done to my stylish black leather blazer and look forward to returning to the shop to buy new leather garments and further work done to older leather clothing of mine.I highly recommend this leather shop as fantastic range of leather products and great quality leather and customer service always. I've bought several leather garments and love the quality.

If I could give no stars I would. Do NOT shop here. Mistakenly bought a jacket after being told it was better quality than it was. Later found out that it was over 100 percent cheaper online from the original brand. Went back the next day to try to return it but they wouldn't refund, only store credit, but everything in the shop is faulty.

Beyond pleased with the service and quality of the coat provided. The coat I ordered for my girlfriend was a size too small, so we sent it back for the next size up and were kept regularly updated as a brand new coat was made in the next couple of weeks. Will happily order from these guys again
