Arora Massage Therapy - Mobile Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage

I was recommended a deep tissue massage to benefit with alleviating muscle soreness and tension from weight and strength training. I was a little apprehensive to start with as have never received a massage, but decided to give it a chance.When arriving for the treatment, I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and given privacy to get situated on the table. Shaun explained what areas would be focused on at the start and then which area was being worked as the treatment proceeded. He even explained the tight and tense areas I had and what causes them. He was an absolute professional and knows what he's doing / talking about.When finished, I was surprised how different the massaged areas felt so quickly, especially in my upper back and arms. I had just thought the tightness I felt before was the way it is". I'm definitely a convert for this sort of treatment and recommend others to give it a chance with Arora Massage Therapy."
