I can’t recommend Rosehill highly enough. They were so caring and compassionate when I lost my beautiful Great Dane, Lilah. They explained everything to me from start to finish and beyond and were totally guided by what we wanted. What set them apart though was when they came to collect her they were happy to just sit there and listen for ages while we talked about her and what she was like and showed them photos. They genuinely cared for Lilah and for us. Lilah’s ashes also came home presented in the most beautiful way. Thank you Chloe, Billy, and Dan and the whole team.

Picked Twinkle up yesterday. Thank-you to Martin and Heather for everything from the start to the finish. They handled the whole situation with respect and dignity. It's not easy moving a horse from its stable once they have past over but they did it in the most dignified way possible. On putting her in the horse ambulance they did ask if we wanted any time with her before leaving and said we could have has much has we needed. On collecting Twinkle her ashes were well presented, with a lovely little heart shape slate plaque, some forget me knot seeds, and lovely sympathy card.I would highly recommend Rosehill Pet Crem for your Equine or any pet cremation requirements.

Thank you to Heather and Martin. They were so accommodating by letting us bring Farley straight from the vets.Heather was absolutely lovely and made the heartbreaking process that little bit easier. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted with Farley in a lovely environment. And later that day I received a phone call from Heather saying Farley was ready to come home. All the keepsakes are beautiful and completely individual.Lovely personal touches like the forget me not seeds and even an extra paw print so my Mum could have one which was so kind.I would 100% recommend to anyone and will never go anywhere else.

I was recommended this place and we recently had our beloved dachshund Abbi cremated here. It is a beautiful place and we are glad that we took her here as the service was exceptional. It made a very traumatic experience easier as the staff were so kind and helpful. My daughter had a lovely ring made up from her ashes too.

After losing my horse suddenly on Christmas Day I was struggling to find anyone to collect him never mind someone that did individual cremations. I then stumbled across rose hill. From first calling and speaking with Martin he said he would come straight away with no hesitation (an hour and a half away)! Martin and Pete very carefully placed him onto a stretcher and respectfully loaded him into the lovely clean horse ambulance. I was allowed to go in to say my last goodbye.Nothing was too much trouble and I was 100% assured he would be cremated on his own in his entirety and on the same day.I collect him 2 days later from their lovely facility and the personal details made it comforting and they really do care about what they do.Thankyou so much again I am forever grateful I found you!

Faultless. The compassion shown by Dan towards us, and his caring & gentle nature towards our beautiful girl, will never be forgotten. Dan, thank you for taking care of our baby and providing us with the most beautiful reminders, which we will treasure until the time comes and we get to meet her again. We will be forever grateful of how you made us feel during such a heartbreaking time. We cannot recommend Rosehill highly enough.

Lost our 9yr old Staffy on Tuesday and we have collected his ashes this afternoon. Rosehill arranged for our boy to be collected from our vets. Every member of the team we dealt with were wonderful. We will certainly use Rosehill again. Thank you for a first class service. Kelvin and Sue Morgan

I discovered that my beautiful fur buddy, Toadie had a nasty and advanced form of mouth cancer early in March. Over the Easter weekend he lost the ability to eat and I had to make that awful decision. I was absolutely heart broken and wasn't sure what to do after the dreadful last visit to the vets. I spoke to Martin on the morning before the appointment and he explained everything to me. Just by speaking to him on the phone I felt reassured that they knew exactly how I was feeling and that the death of my furry buddy was distressing and i wanted the best for him. I made the appointment to take Toadie to them straight after the vets. I was greeted by Heather. She was so kind and helpful. She was interested in my cat and comforted me. She gave me time to talk and listened to me. She explained exactly what the process was in such a lovely way that only true pet lovers understand. I was able to send my Toadie off with some of his favourite treats, a pine cone and a little note from me and most of all with the dignity he deserved. I felt so comforted. Later on that afternoon I had a phone call from Heather to say that he was ready to collect. She met me again and explained that she had read the note to him and folded his paws round it as well as the treats and the pine cone. I couldn't have wished for anything better. I am just so overwhelmed and amazed by what they do and how comfortable they make you feel with every tiny little detail covered, even to the bag to carry his urn home, the sympathy card, death certificate, fur clippings in a special little envelope and some forget - me - not seeds. Everything was just so dignified, thoughtful, kind and perfect. I just can't thank them enough for what they did to make one of the most difficult times of my life be a lot more easier to bear. And most importantly I know that MY Toadie cat is back at home with me where he belongs. Huge thank you's again to you both.

Can't recommend Rosehill enough. After the sudden passing of our little Leo on friday we arrived just after 4pm. Chloe was absolutely Phenomenal and so caring. So many options for urns we chose the biodegradable design as are laying him to rest in his favourite stop in the garden.
