Heavenly Pilates & Reiki

I have been going to Heavenly Pilates for awhile now, Julie has been a big help to me to get my body moving the way it should and back up to strength.Julie is great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging to accommodate everyone’s needs. Julie is lovely, patient, she explains the benefits to each exercise and is very encouraging.

I would highly recommend Reiki with Julie if you are feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed with life. Everything about Julie, her skill and professionalism and her beautiful studio helps to calm and relax you.Reiki is an amazing alternative healing practice and well worth trying.

I started to suffer with terrible anxiety and dark days around August 2020 which is when I decided to give Reiki a go. I had an open mind but had done some research and decided before I went down the medication route I would give it a go. It's one of the best things I did. Julie is wonderfully caring and very knowledegable. She gave me the tools I needed to move forward with my daily life. The emotion cards seemed to mirror my feelings on the day. If I feel i'm having wobbles I stop and think, take a couple of minutes and do some breathing. This works wonders for me. Something I wouldn't have done/known if I hadn't done Reiki. I would recommend to anyone even if you don't think its for you just give it a go. I'm so glad I did, I never ended up going on medication which I really thought was only and quickest way out. Its not always easy to focus your mind when you feel out of sorts but with practice, patience and Julie's tools you will get to where you need to be ..Thanks Julie :-)

I have been attending Heavenly Pilates lessons for a few months and I have to say they are amazing, I have also just have Reiki to relieve sciatic pain and it was amazing the results were fabulous
