I loved my day retreat with Kirsty. She was incredibly welcoming, clearly so knowledgeable, and set a beautiful tone for a mindful day of calligraphy, taught so clearly for beginners! I can’t wait to join more of her workshops and retreats x

I have just completed the Improver course with Kirstie and would totally recommend it to anyone who has an interest in calligraphy and who would like to explore it further. It has been wonderful to take part in the online sessions with other students who have also shared their experiences with calligraphy. Kirstie does not only explain how to create pretty envelope liners, special gift tags, blend metallic inks and try out different flourishing options but also encourages students to be mindful of their practise, enjoying every moment of the learning experience. Thank you so much Kirstie for your personalised attention and your inspiration. Congratulations!

I attended an in-person workshop at Forest London – and this class might have made a calligraphy addict out of me!Kirstie is a wonderful, patient, kind and encouraging teacher. I found the class the perfect balance of creatively challenging, yet peaceful. I am more than certain I will attend workshops in the future, don’t think about it – just book!

I've so enjoyed doing the beginners and improvers calligraphy course with Kirstie. She has a very natural way of teaching this course which makes you feel very relaxed and confident to develop this skill and her she has a lovely energy around her. I'm excited to be learning more with Kirstie.

Kirstie is an absolutely fantastic teacher! I have done the beginner and improvers online courses with Kirstie so far and she is so informative, patient and really loves what she does! I would 100% recommended her courses for both complete beginners and those who are a little further in their calligraphy journey. See you on the next course!

I recently participated in Kirstie’s “Build a Calligraphy Business” course. The four part online classes were packed with information and inspiration to get me started and find some direction. I have a much clearer idea of my business plan now. It’s always so rewarding to learn from someone who has been through the same process and had such success. Kirstie was professional, encouraging and personable, so I really felt like I could ask her anything. It was lovely to build a rapport with the other likeminded people on the course and we are now cheerleaders for each other as we forge ahead. If you are looking for some clarity and direction for your business, I would highly recommend Kirstie’s course as the perfect motivator. Thanks Kirstie!

I have just completed Kirstie's beginner's calligraphy course and booked a 1:1 workshop with her as I left each session feeling so positive, calm and relaxed. The calligraphy in itself is incredibly therapeutic and a lovely change of scenery from being in front of a screen each day with also being a designer - but not only that, Kirstie is an absolute ray of sunshine and her energy is so infectious. It's rare to find such a positive, encouraging teacher that cares so much about what they do - could not recommend Kirstie enough if you are looking for a calligrapher, to learn from or use.

I cannot recommend Kirstie enough! Her workshops are fun, engaging and motivating. Kirstie's passion for the craft really shines through and her joy is infectious! :) I joined the intermediate course in 2022 and it really helped me find my own style, leaving me confident to move forward with my calligraphy journey. I went on to have some mentoring from a business perspective and the support Kirstie offered was excellent. Whether you're new to calligraphy or more advanced, Kirstie is the perfect teacher!

I joined Kirstie's beginners and recently just signed up to the improvers calligraphy course which I am enjoying thoroughly. Kirstie is an amazing teacher, she is encouraging, patient and supportive with both her words and her energy. She will make you feel at ease if you feel you are not picking it up but also give you incredible tips on how to improve and words of encouragement along the way. I am slowly seeing an improvement and there is no doubt in my mind that without a teacher like Kirstie I would not still be picking my pen up and having a new found love for calligraphy. I would highly recommend any of Kirstie's courses. Thank you Kirstie you are the best. xx

The courses are brilliant! Kirstie is just a wonderful and fun teacher, as well as an amazing person. It was a pure joy to do all three courses with her and it was a fantastic learning and mindful experience. Couldn’t recommend Ink&Flow enough!
