Laura Stephens Interior Design

I don't have enough superlatives to describe Laura. Room by room, she has re-designed a large area of our Victorian house, and it now brings us so much joy. She is as good at sourcing beautiful antiques as she is at implementing current design ideas, and managed to marry both in our house, to stunning effect, yet it still feels comfortable and cosy to live in . As well as finding lovely papers and fabrics, she also designed cabinetry, drew up plans for a wonderful utility room, and even designed stunning French windows for us. She is unbelievably easy to work with, was endlessly patient with my dithering, and was great at working with me, so that I never felt 'taken over' but always felt she considered my input to be really important. As well as being hugely professional, she's just great fun, incredibly down-to-earth, and I always looked forward to her coming round with her latest beautiful ideas. We just feel so happy every time we come back into our newly decorated house!
