Quaker Tapestry Museum
Just came across this Museum absolutely fascinating, but will come back as after 1.5 hours had only managed half of it. Very well put together exhibition. The cafe is also lovely and we were very surprised that our delicious food was all Vegan. I thought my sandwich was egg and my Husband thought he was eating Pastrami amazing . Will return within the year with the annual pass.

Really interesting museum, and great to learn how the tapestry came about, and businesses created by Quakers. Self guided commentary tour made it easy to learn and understand what you were viewing. Would recommend, plus lovely cafe (small) on the left as you approach from the car park

This small and quiet museum is a must visit if you have any interest in needlework at all.The display of embroideries is absolutely stunning and tells the story of the Quaker evolution. The hours of dedication and skills which have gone into every item is quite staggering.I found my visit very enjoyable and am sure those of you with an interest in needlework will too!

I learned a lot of things here, very interesting facts about the Quakers input into industry. The stitchwork is incredible, the talent the sewers have is really amazing. I wouldrecommend this museum to all. Well worth a visit.
