Hi, i had my ear wax removed today by Julie-Anne, first time ever. My ear was pretty badly blocked and it took a bit of work. Julie-Anne explained the process to me and then started work. Despite the words of caution the process was painless. Tbh i couldn't believe the difference, tv volume is now way down as is the headphone setting. It really was amazing the difference. Highly recommended.

I had problems with my ears for quite some time and tried a lot of different things. Nothing really worked until I went to see Julie who removed a lot of wax and I feel so much better now. Julie was so friendly and knowledgable and great to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend giving her!

We got an appointment with Julie-Anne for a house visit to Mum yesterday.Julie-Anne was lovely she explained every stage of procedure to Mum who was very at ease.( It was fascinating seeing inside ear thank you for answering my umpteen questions )The difference in mums hearing isamazing. I would most definitely highly recommend Julie-Anne and Wax Removal NI.

I booked an appointment with Julie-anne as my father-in-law was having hearing problems that were starting to impact on his day to day life.Julie-ann was brilliant. Very professional, friendly and explained everything to him as she went along. It wasn't a straightforward treatment and took two visits to help his problem but to see the change in him even after the first visit was fantastic. He is hearing things he hasn't heard in years and to see him smiling and engaging in conversation again means a lot. Thank you Julie-ann.

Cannot recommend Julie Anne highly enough, friendly courteous and very professional, providing excellent ear wax removal at a very reasonable rate .Having ear hearing probs from childhood,she was very attentive and explained the process made for an excellent service and removal not as uncomfortable as I expected.

My teenage son has just returned from an appointment at Wax Removal NI ear clinic. Julie- Anne provided a very efficient service, and had such a friendly manner. She removed large amounts of wax from each ear in a short time, explaining every step of the process clearly, putting his mind at ease. She was very patient, answering any questions that were asked by myself. I would highly recommend this very professional service.

Juieanne is great.. made me feel very relaxed! I had been suffering for a long time with ear infections, headaches and ringing in my ears. I had put off getting them checked although now I dont know why. After she worked her magic I felt so much better and can't believe it took me so long to go. I will definitely go to Julieanne again

Julie-anne is very professional in every way, I took my daughter who was very nervous to Julie-annes clinic, Julie-anne explained everything to my daughter, it was amazing the amount of wax which was removed, my daughter said she didn't feel a thing during the whole process. Would highly recommend Julie-anne.
