Fantastic experience. Saw a car at another Arnold Clark branch and it was ordered in within a week. Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Mohammed. Very helpful, honest and straightforward person. Purchased my vehicle within an hour and very happy with it. It was like walking into a supermarket and picking up groceries.

I wouldn't recommend at all because I bought my car from here a month ago with a 300+ pound service included in the terms, by asking sales what is included in this service, I was given the answer that I would get a range of cleaning tools which they told me would be sent to me very soon. But a month passed, and I hadn't received anything and phone calls had made no progress. However when I tried to cancel this expensive and not received service I was told I couldn't. Also the sales manager kept interrupting me on the phone, I asked if he could listen to what I want to say first and was told that I was talking while he was talking.I have depression and not a native English speaker, is such a suffering for me. I don't want to recommend even one star if is possible

Bought a VW Passat from AC had some issues which were being fixed from their West Bromwich branch, from the start I was noticing some noise coming out of the engine and told them several times but every time they said car is perfectly fine but after 5 months gear box and clutch plate is gone spend a lot of money to get it fixed because warranty was only for 2 months, had a very bad experience this time that I bought a car from them I will never recommend Arnold Clark to my friends and family members

So I found the perfect car on Auto Trader and phoned up straight away on the Sunday. 20 minutes later I received a call back from Stephen Scotford one of the used car sales guys. He said yes the car was still available which was music to my ears. I instantly put a deposit down on the car because I didn't want to miss it but was told, by Stephen, that it would be refundable if I was not happy with the car. We made arrangements to view the car a couple of days later. When we walked into the showroom there was the car in all its glory. It was all ready for us and I have to say I have never seen such a spectacular and immaculately presented car. After being shown around the car by Stephen and told all about it we proceeded with the purchase. All of the staff at Arnold Clarke were so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience so pleasurable. We are extremely happy with our new Jaguar F Type and would not hesitate in recommending this Dealership. We will certainly return to buy another car in the future.

I had my car serviced here today and overall it was a pleasurable experience. When I arrived at the dealership, Alex, one of the representatives greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the entire process was streamlined for me.The quality of the service delivered was simply outstanding. My car was returned to me cleaned and serviced as it should. I was also sent a video of any advisories or work that needed doing along with a quote to get it done. I decided to carry out the work myself (because I can). There was no pressure from Alex or anyone else to get it done at their establishment. Just the way I like it. Inform the customer and let them make the choice.I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for its reliable and professional service. The team, especially Alex, was excellent to work with. Thank you to everyone involved for a job well done!

Spoke with Aaron on Friday who was very helpful. Explained I was looking to swap my car for something else as needed something bigger - Aaron booked an appointment for the Sunday to have a look at my options.Dealt with Peter Taylor going forward and he has been great throughout the whole process. Went along with my partner who also has a car from AC. Sat in a few and test drove one and then my partner also test drove one he was interested in. Peter had our best interests at heart showing us various options and being honest throughout.Once again fab service from Arnold Clark, Peter and Aaron. Both very happy coming away with 2 brilliant cars and great deal for the both of us. This is my 3rd car from Arnold Clark and will defiantly be contacting Peter when I'm looking for my 4th!

Absolutely rubbish…. Stay away from them…. Bought a Hyundai Tucson 2017 in march 2018 and I started having issues with it later that year . First I think Arnold Clark sold me a broken car … I took the car to Johnson’s Hyundai Sutton Coldfield telling them the clutch or the gear box has an issue, they said they tested the car and there is no fault , car was under warranty. Kept taking the car in as there wasn’t any improvement, I think it went in like 15 times over 4 years and no fixing done on it. This month my gearbox stopped working ( out of warranty ) so took it to the mechanic and they found the issue , the activator was glued together with super glue and used black ties so it holds together. Now it’s costing me a lot to get it fixed , rubbish service from all …. Avoid Arnold Clark’s avoid Johnson’s for repairs , absolutely nothing was done .

I had a terrible experience with the service provided by this car dealership. I bought a car almost three weeks ago, after weeks of delays. However, upon collecting it, I immediately noticed a few issues with the battery and safety system on the dashboard. I informed the person at the click and collect, and also spoke to the sales person at this branch. However, they failed to find a resolution for my case. They kept passing the ball to customer service, the 60-day warranty, and branch manager, but nothing happened. Therefore, I advise everyone to be careful when dealing with this branch. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave anything less than a one-star rating, otherwise, I would have given them no stars at all, considering how bad the customer service was.

Dealt with my fair share of dealerships and their employees and AC have always been great, and my recent visit just solidified my opinion. Mo, the sales senior was nothing but a Gent. Helped find the perfect car that met our needs and price rangeHis help went beyond that, overall a happy customer with car and the service received 10/10
