Phil promised a top restoration of The Addams Family and did not let me down, it's amazing. They went out of their way to install it where I wanted it, which was a challenge in itself, I was half expecting to be told I needed to find a different home for it but they did it without complaint (well none that I heard anyway). Wouldn't think twice about recommending Pinball Heaven. Good job guys.

Having been a customer of Pinball Heaven for 15+ years for both new machines and parts for my collection I can happily say that the service and attention to their customers is second to none. Phil is probably the best pinball 'brain' in the UK and has often helped me fix issues with not only machines he has supplied but also machines that I am having issues with that he has supplied parts for. Great service all round and a top chap.

I've ordered many parts from Pinball Heaven over the years and the level of service has always been second to none. Phil is not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the parts you might need but he will go the extra mile to give great service.I will continue to use Phil in the future for parts and should I ever be in the position where I can afford a new Pinball I would have no hesitation in going to him for that also. He is well respected in the community and it is known that he goes the extra mile to ensure that his customers are well supported.

I took my broken South Park pinball in for a pre booked repair. It had many faults & I was fearful I was going to have to sell it on as a parts machine. Two hours later, the machine was up & running as good as the day i bought it. Freindly & welcoming reception, with demo machines to play on while you wait. I can't praise the service I received highly enough. (Picture is of my up & running machine, not pinball heaven premises)
