We asked several builders for an estimate to design and build a concrete base and erect a summer house in our garden.Neil's estimate was spot on and we engaged him and accepted his contract and were happy with his terms and conditions.The work was carried out and completed to a very high standard.He also contacted our local council, EFDC, environmental agency, on our behalf, for approval.We look forward to contacting Neil and his team again for further work.

Neil is very professional and well organised in his approach to all aspects of the building process. He is exceptional in high-lighting solutions to design issues, building problems/constraints and estimations. Your not just dealing with a builder who provides a gut reaction quote, but someone who can show you why a build costs what it costs. With the estimation software he uses he can make very fast changes to it to let you know what impact a design change will have on your budget. This certainly provides peace of mind. Many thanks.
