My boiler was condemned and shut down by someone I found on the corgi register. I then remembered I was covered under my Home Insurance, So I called them, and they sent me Mike from A.Lings. He took one look and said there is nothing wrong with my boiler, it just needed a bit of WD-40 on the gas valve and within minutes my boiler was fully tested and back up and running. What an absolute godsend, very honest and professional, saved me thousands. This is now my go-to company.

Over the years, I have had a radiator replacement, boiler services and, most recently, an emergency call out for a boiler with A Lings Group. All the engineers have been professional, friendly and efficient. All work carried out to a high standard and I highly recommend A Lings Group.

Trevor arrived on the dot at 8.00 am this morning after calling first to inform us of his arrival time. He tackled the horrible job of unblocking our drains, with positivity and professionalism and much to our relief, sorted what we had been told by a previous contractor, could be a problematic issue. He also made a couple of recommendations to stop the problem occurring again. Hopefully it won’t, but we were very satisfied with the service provided and are happy to recommend Trevor himself.

Aaron Lings a man of his word. His company were hired as contractors by Homeserve. I had a plumbing issue, contacted Homeserve and A Lings came out to do the work, unfortunately there was an issue with the work and a leak started from the water tanks in the attic which leaked into one of our bedrooms. I contacted Homeserve, the leak was fixed and I complained about the damage. Homeserve declined it was their fault and closed the case, I was taking legal action against Homeserve and A Ling group. Aaron Ling contacted me directly and personally came home and said he will have the damage repaired. Which he did, his builder finished the work to a great statndard. Very Happy that he went out his way to get the work done personally. Very Happy with his professionalism, but very disappointed with Homeserve.

Trevor arrived completely on time. He rang ahead of time to keep me posted on his whereabouts and timings. Trevor arrived with knowledge, energy and confidence. He dealt with an incredibly difficult downstream block with the persistence and detective qualities of a real professional. Very clean job and fantastic guy. Highly recommend this company if everyone is like Trevor! Thank you so much.

We had a drain blockage and via my insurance provider Trevor from A Lings Group visited. Great service and nice bloke. Turned up on time, cleared two manholes worth and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

My home emergency insurance used A. Lings. Trevor came and was so helpful and professional. He worked hard to clear a persistent blockage and gave me advice. Danni was also very helpful and made sure everything was tidy when she left. I would definitely recommend them.

This company do not know what an emergency is. I have reported a boiler break down for no heating and hot water and it has been 5 days and it is still not fixed. They tell you all the lies under the sun and now keeps me waiting for another three days with no hot water and heating in this cold weather when my family is ill and this is not helping the situation. I am utterly disgusted of their service and lack of empathy.
