Funzone family entertainment centre

Friendly staff, but not enough information. We booked a play and meal event, we arrived at 4pm, so let the kids go play. When we went to order food the kitchen was shut. Would have helped if when we went in the staff on the door told us the kitchen shut early, but to be fair chef did say she could do them jumbo hot dogs which the kids did enjoy.

Great place for kids to burn off energy, got a really good play area X 3 for kids all ages. Very clean , food and drink is average but on the tad expensive side. Only downfall is in men's WC, no machine or paper towels to dry hands after washing.

Soft play is all torn up and worn, just put tape on it…. Freezing cold- they don’t even turn the heating on. They let unlimited numbers in making it dangerous as there’s too many people. Owners leave their babies crying in a playpen all day and soiled. The place is filthy in general, never gets cleaned and food is all fried junk and don’t let you bring your own despite it being so unhealthy. Will not be returning.

Went for a birthday party. There were lots of children but plenty of space for them to play. A large bouncy castle at the back made it fun for the older kids too. Reasonably priced too. Was a bit dirty but as you would expect from a child's play area.

Booked a party here for my daughters Birthday was abit surprised to see so many people already there before it started. Turned out the manager had accidentally booked it as one due to the mix up of the same name and age which I understand can happen sometimes. They refunded half of the private hire package and paid for all the children’s food McDonald’s happy meals due To the mix up however, there was not much stock behind the kitchen counter which I felt should be stocked more due to the amount of customers it is supposed to serve. The girls did amazingly to make sure that both parties had a great time with only two members of staff and about 60 children playing I honestly can’t fault them at all just the lack of stock in the cafe area and the space for table areas for people to sit but this was mainly due to the mix up booking two parties otherwise tables would have been abit more flexible. I’ve given 3 stars as my daughter still had a great time thanks to the hardworking girls behind the counter who went above and beyond to make it as special as they could. It’s a shame there’s no party rooms where children can go off into to play pass the parcel and musical statues ect as I think this would make an exceptional addition to the place but will be back at some point and hopefully some improvements will have been done with cafe stock and hiring more staff to take the pressure off the girls

Great place for the kiddies to have fun & for parents to chill while the kiddies run off steam . The staff are brilliant . Lovely clean area to get food & drinks . Highly recommended

2nd time ive been and yet again no food....Paied £8 for my child and no serving food they dont even let people know on facebook either. would of been nice to put up 'welcome to bring own food' as got no chefin this suitation £8 is rip off when all kids can have is a packet of crips or sweets...lower the price when there's no proper food and notify customers that there's no chef.

Fantastic staff all round very friendly. Kids loved every minute of their time there definitely coming back here when on holiday again. Prices are bloody awesome which is alway a cheeky bonus.Ps to the ownerKeep up the fantastic work your definitely shaping this business into something awesome
