During lockdown this is the only place we could get a response straight away and in a time of emergency for an elderly person, we got a face to face consultation and a prescription was filled. Your services are unique. Keep up the good work.

In heavy rain went to the pharmacy at 6pm, as it was the only one showing open 24hrs. We reached there and we were told that they close at 5pm. I was with my wife who is clinically vulnerable and we were returning from the hospital. Extremely disappointed.

My first contact with Alpha pharmacy & Clinic was an online consultaion which felt like i was discussing with a professional friend whom i had known all my life, it was that relaxing and comforting. The one-on-one contact was even more relaxing and accomodating. I can say this is professionalism at it's best.

Congratulations on the expansion to the clinic .Am happy with the care given any time I visit the clinic.I do not have to stay long for my appointment.The environment is very neat staff very accomodating and friendly .
