The Spa At The Westerwood

This is the perfect place if you want to relax and unwind. The staff are so lovely and take you on a calm and tranquil journey through the spa. From the moment you walk through to get a treatment there is calming music playing and the halls are lit with little candle lights. The treatments are fantastic, so professional and you come out feeling so serene. Then they take you to the relaxation room which is completely blacked out and dimly lit, with egg chairs, loungers and water provided to relax after the treatment. They undid months of stress and tension and I would definitely highly recommend a visit.

Had a lovely spa afternoon with my Aunts as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. Lunch and treatments were lovely but pool area reminded me of public baths and was full of kids.Lunch was fantastic, as was the service by Kate.

Doing a delivery for the kitchen. In and out the way it should be. Good staff nice and chatty.good transport to the spar .with buses running regularly. Nice food and drinks .

Incredibly relaxing morning at the spa. I had the facial and back massage followed by a lovely lunch and use of the facilities. The spa was clean, ambient and extremely relaxing. I really enjoyed the relaxation room which had iced water and a selection of herbal teas on offer. The experience was comfortable as the staff were really helpful and friendly and put us at ease. The facilities were also excellent as we made use of the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool. The lunch was generous in terms of portions and included a glass of prosecco in the price. It was also decorated for Christmas which made thw whole day feel very festive. I will definitely be back!

Sent my mum and auntie they had a fantastic time. Facilities were extremely clean and they thoroughly enjoyed their treatments!

My friend got us a spa day here for my birthday. The facilities were nice but when we arrived they had no towels left. They said we were welcome to use the pool and they would bring us towels at the pool in a few minutes. We were there for an hour and no towels ... So went back to reception ignoring all the signs saying that we should 'dry off' before leaving the changing rooms... So reception gave us towels, completely unaware we had been forgotten about of course. The massages were lovely! My therapist Julie was absolutely wonderful and highly recommended. Then the lady in the restaurant where we had afternoon tea afterwards spilled our coffee and seemed very stressed. Someone took our tray away and gave us a box to take our food home in well before we were even finished. If you want a bit of a meh experience and someone chasing you out, book a spa day. If you want a fab massage, ask for Julie!

Probably has the best equipped hotel gym I've ever used. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was great. Surprisingly, not too many children which was a bonus. Got a full body (50 minute) massage from Erica which was wonderful.

Great spa day. Treatments were lovely. Pool area could have been cleaner but good facilities. Relaxation room was so nice, could have started in there all day.
