I cannot thank your team enough. The service I recieved from start to finish for my grandmother was excellent. Russ personally visited my grandmother in her carehome in sheffield to measure her for a chair she needed and suggested alterations which would improve her quality of life.The thought and care which goes into your service is excellent and I cannot thank you all enough.

From making first contact with Ben I knew I’d be in good hands in choosing my new Powerchair. A home visit with three different chairs to test, having previously owned a rear wheel drive chair Ben gave me great information & advice helping me choose the Quickie Q700M. A second home visit with a Quickie rep measured me up for a custom built perfect chair. No pressure just great advice on what to have for my situation.The day came for delivery by Eddie and he was excellent, got the chair perfectly adjusted, took time to get it absolutely perfect no rush just happy to make sure everything was perfect. I drive from my chair so I tested everything correctly and made sure it was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble! I’ve had the chairs couple of months now and I’m over the moon with it. I can’t thank everybody at Modern Mobility enough for helping me, an absolute pleasure to deal with thank you. If you watch Emmerdale keep your eyes peeled you might get a glimpse of it in the background.

I was told today by Independent living services that specialist equipment for my disabilities and a referral would be made for equipment to be supplied and installed.Within a couple hours I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman who arranged to install the equipment. Within an hour, he came and installed the equipment. He was very professional and efficient. He has made my life a lot easier as I thought it would take a few weeks.Andrew was empathic, understanding with a very warm and friendly personality. He's made my life easier and allowed me to have more independence in my own home.Very pleased with this service.

They went above and beyond to help me and my husband get a stairlift installed within 2 days. I would recommend these to anyone. Ben, Nick and Adam are the best people around thank you so much
