Absolutely delighted with our Hot Tub, the service and advice received from first speaking to Denise to installation of our Hot Tub was outstanding! It was obvious i'd done the right thing by placing my order with a small family business who actually care about their customers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with our hot tub best thing me and the wife have brought . glad I brought it from fenland hot tub centre. Very good communication and the blokes who delivered was very polite and helpful if you want a hot tub defiantly use fenland. After care is brilliant aswell. Only downside is there isn’t much warrenty witch come with the hot tub I purchased.

We bought a hot tub from here about five years ago and the customer service that we received at the time was spot on. We recently had to have the pump replaced and they went out of their way to install it for me in time for a family garden party the following week-end. Highly recommended and very helpful.

After having huge issues with the company I bought my hot tub from Fenland hot tubs have been fantastic. They could not have done more to get my hot tub heater back up and running quickly and at a very reasonable price. Will be recommending them and using them again and again. Thank you team

The experience from start to finish has been flawless, Denise was extremely polite, welcoming and professional throughout, giving regular updates, ensuring we had correct access and calling several times ahead of delivery to ensure we were ready.Steve and team today installed which was a pleasant and stress free experience, ensuring everything was 100% correct and giving a great service and advice on caring for the tub100% Recommend Fenland Hot Tubs to anyone considering buying one !

I am one of those people that like to have a good look round when purchasing a high value item, not just because of the cost but also the service that you will get afterwards. After going to about 5 different hot tub centres I chose to purchase my hot tub from Fenland hot tubs.Both Denise and Steve where excellent in terms of their knowledge of the products and the hot tub I chose had everything i needed at a great price.The price included full installation of the product and they even filled it up (which took a couple of hours) and then showed us how to use it and explained how to care for the hot tub, it could not have been simpler than the way Steve explained it.I would highly recommend this local company if you are looking to purchase a hot tub, they are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them.Paul

On recommendation from my son we popped over to fenland hot tubs for a look , Denise was very helpful, delivery and set up was excellent, with them having to make an extra journey because we didn’t have our electricity connection set up in time, coming back out on a Saturday! We would highly recommend them .

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and Customer Service was exceptional. Denise kept us informed re delivery date and even managed to get it delivered to us a week earlier than planned which suited us.The installation was smooth and efficient, just waiting for rain to stop so we can use the aromatherapy crystals.Thoroughly recommend.
