Awful experience. If you have an issue, they do no take responsibilities of anything. As you have already paid the trip, you lose the entire money even though they have sent wrong indications. Be aware of everything!

Really busy office. Staff do try their best, but there's little to no provision of services in Irish. Some forms and pamphlets are available in Irish, but most in English.

Have been few times.Location - near spire.normally you have to wait.sometimes they are closed for lunch

Would give more, if there wasn't one girl working, who gave me false information. Tnx God, I didn't listen to her, and waited for another staff member to help me. Based on what she told me, I would lost my case in Court. Unreal.

The woman on reception has very bad communication skills!! And not a very welcoming place.
