I cannot recommend We Love Pets Norwich enough! I contacted them at very short notice after being let down with my previous arrangements for my dog Sophie, and they responded immediately, came to meet Sophie, and established exactly what I required.Steve set up a WhatsApp group with the lovely young lady Sydney who would be walking Sophie so that I was in contact at all times, and Sydney kept me updated with plenty of photos and updates whilst I was away.Sophie was relaxed and happy when I returned, in fact I think she was disappointed I wasn't Sydney!Great service, great choice of services, and fabulous team! Thank you!!

Steve has provided nothing short of perfect customer service.He helped us out last minute after being let down by the previous booked pet sitter. He talked me through the process and what would be needed from us to enable his team to provide high standard of care for our fur babies. He even checked his emails late to provide me with the relevant documentation in time!Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday due to personal reasons although wouldn't doubt for a second that he and his team would do their utmost for our pets. Steve declined any payment to cover admin costs and was incredibly understanding.Very impressed by the level of service and support offered and they will definitely be our first port of call for future pet sitting needs.

We have had an amazing experience today, which is all down to Steve from We Love Pets Norwich! We needed a dog sitter whilst we attended my son’s graduation at UEA. Our plans changed more than once but Steve was flexible and accommodating. We met Lyn and Keith today, and our Standard Poodle Phoebe had the time of her life at their lovely home for the afternoon! They also helped us to get to the ceremony on time and even gave us a cup of tea at the end of the day!I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people with regard to looking after dogs!

We used this home boarding service for the first time earlier this month when we attended a family wedding without our ageing two Jack Russells (both 14) In the end they had such a great time and were so well treated that they almost didn't want to come home. The couple with whom they lodged are in high demand so we're already planning our next break for 2024. Thanks to everyone involved.

Our first time to use We Love Pets. Always apprehensive trying someone new. But this was great. Cats reacted well to their new sitter. They were well looked after. Got lots of photos and video.Definitely using again

Amazing personalised dog walking. I'm very protective over my dogs and was keen to find someone who I could trust, We Love Pets left me with no worries at all. My dogs loved their weekly walks and we're always very excited to see their walker. Steve has helped me out massively and provided lots of advice.

Couldn’t recommend We Love Pets more! You can really tell how passionate they are about pets and pet care. They take time to get to know your pet and liase with you at all times! They keep regular communication when caring for your pet - sending pictures which I love! 5 stars easily!

We love pets showed genuine love of animals, we felt safe leaving our dogs with them. They were professional, efficient and communicated every day with an update or photo. I recommend them highly and we will be using them again.
