Avoid as a plague! Absolute scammers! Price displayed in the shop as 1£ for photo print. Charged the lady 1.50£per print.When informed that he is breaking the law and confronted with the price, he became verbally abusive towards me and the lady.Issues will be escalated further to the Harrow Council and customer complaint service

Needed screen done asap and they knew that and charged above asking price compared to other shops. After finishing the screen an hour later the front camera stopped working, i then went back and they said an extra £65 which i then paid and scheduled a date which was 2 days later. I then proceeded to send numerous calls and texts after waiting weeks and weeks for the response to be blunt like no" they then made obvious lies about the "postman losing there parcel which had my front cameras in" today after 3 months i got a refund and still not had it fixed.NEVER USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!"

I've asked them to quote me for a repair and they've lied about opening my phone up and finding the issue. When I've asked for a picture, they've sent me a picture of a different phone's motherboard. Avoid, if you don't know what you're doing, they'll take advantage of you.

Absolute scammers is an understatement. But these phone shops usually are. Charged £45 to unlock a phone then I find it's only unlocked for certain networks. To do it for the rest they wanted another £25! They're dishonest and have no shame. Disgraceful!

I had my screen unit replaced here recently, all seemed fine initially but soon enough problems arose with the new screen, I went back and they told me they could fix it but I would have to pay despite the main issue being that there was dust inside the front camera lens which could only have happened when they had it open and couldn’t have been down to anything I’ve done. They were rude and unreasonable, would give 0 stars if possible. Do not use these fools.
