I highly recommend Kent Holistic Practice in Broadstairs, Kent, run by Tracy Dyson. I recently had a Reiki massage with Tracy, my first ever Reiki massage, and it was a revelatory experience. I left feeling very chilled out and very uplifted. Tracy was generous with her time and happily spent time with me afterwards explaining some of the beliefs behind Reiki. I have booked another session and I would highly recommend her.Tracy is a very experienced and knowledgeable therapist, and she puts you at ease immediately. She is clearly passionate about her work, and she takes the time to understand your individual needs. The Reiki massage itself was incredibly relaxing and healing. I could feel the energy flowing through my body, and I felt very calm and centred afterwards.If you are looking for a holistic therapist who is truly skilled and compassionate, I highly recommend Tracy Dyson at Kent Holistic Practice.

I visited Tracy at Kent Holistic practice for the first time today and I will definitely be returning! I have a very stressful job and I have never felt so relaxed.
