The team finds a way to contact you asap if there is a pending invoice. This is not the case when results from tests, exams or information for the next steps should be communicated to the patient. Good luck finding anyone.

I've recently completed my first cycle of IVF here. Every step of the way, all members of the team, from the receptionist, sonographers to the fertility nurses/midwives and consultants have all been amazing and treated me with such care and compassion. I don't know the outcome of my cycle yet (in that 2WW) but regardless I think I've been very lucky to have been looked after by Care Fertility Woking. They go above and beyond to reassure and care for you in arguably, one of the most testing and dark moments of your life.

They are very lovely staff but are very very slow.We understand they are quite busy and also understand about the coronavirus restrictions.When we first decided about IVF and tried to contact the woking branch we could not get through via phone or email for 1 week. A higher individual had to contact the branch to get them to contact us.Then after finally getting through to arrange an appointment, had a bloods test to attend.Its been another week, was told from them if havent heard anything to get into contact with them. I rang yesterday was told somebody would ring back, ive had to ring again today because nobody rang back.Am thinking of going else where, we understand your busy as expressed but for the money would have thought youd do better to get into contact with people? It appears to be very difficult to stay in contact right from the beginning and we are still at the beginning and already feeling quite weary and not looked after.There was some stuff we wanted to talk to the consultant about before any tests as we've already dealt with FPH, but ive not been offered any consultant or anyone to speak to, just a bloods test which obviously costs money. We are feeling quite confused and overall communication feels quite poor from this branch.

I did a few rounds of fertility treatment with CARE all of which were unsuccessful. During this time my appointments were rushed (until I complained), the advice on additional supplement support was non existant (apart from folic acid), no additional tests were done even though I was older and the last thing they offered to do, if I decided to pay another £6k for a full round, was an invasive test of my lining.I have since been to Barcelona for my last round of IVF and am pregnant. The whole experience was much better. They gave you constant support on nutrition and supplementations, more checkups, the staff were so much more attentive and it was half the price. The bonus was I never needed to e invasive lining test, I just needed better care and a more gentle protocol.I would NOT recommend CARE or the U.K. for that matter if you are an older patient

*Update*This clinic is now the reason I am pregnant for a second time, we have our little boy due this December and we are over the moon.If you are looking at this clinic please don't hesitate. As you can see below, we had two rounds at a different clinic which were not successful.This clinic has succeeded with two out of three transfers which is an amazing success rate.I only ever had to go through one fresh round of IVF for this, as the embryologists are so excellent at what they do.Thank you Care for two beautiful rainbow babies.Fantastic IVF clinic, we have our little girl thanks to this clinic.We transferred our remaining embryos away from Care, to an IVF clinic in maidenhead, ONLY because the other clinic was closer to where we live, we naively assumed all clinics did things the same way, they don't. We have since transferred our last embryo back to Care and we are going through a cycle this month.Their staff are wonderful and kind and can not do enough to help, within a few days of calling them I had a call with a consultant and was able to start an IVF cycle with them this month.Please don't make the mistake I did, I can say from experience with two separate clinics, this is the clinic you want to put your trust in.

I was referred here for egg retrieval/storage. From the first phonecall and throughout, I was treated with the utmost compassion and support. Particular thanks to Becky & Dawn who were so kind towards me, particularly in relation to my concurrent health problem. I felt I was treated as an individual and that the staff truly care about the work they do and the impact it can have. I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others.

We recently underwent IVF treatment at CARE Fertility Woking and we we're beyond impressed with the level of care received. From the moment we walked in, Sue and the team greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The facilities were great and kept impeccably clean. The medical team were exceptional and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and answer all of our questions and concerns. They made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. We cannot speak highly enough of each and every team member for how caring they are and the incredible support provided. They made what was a daunting process as stress-free and comfortable as possible, which was especially important to us. In conclusion, we highly recommend CARE Fertility Woking to anyone considering this journey.

All the staff are lovely, caring and kind and we didn't have any delays in our appointments. Everything was explained well to us and the portal is easy to use. Highly recommended.
