really nice place..,.,mistakes happen too every one....specially when you think you wake up and you need work with all this nice people around...and making impression it's happening only once....staff amazing and friendly...butterflies every time i go there but all girls look like they are taken and unhappy with the relationship they are in;)

Wish I read the reviews before I spent anything.The food was such a disappointment. One of my Panini had a single slice of turkey! Wondering why the charity amount in the Panini!!If looks can be deceiving I would say that would definitely go for the carrot cake.The only place that cake needs to be is the bin!!Simply put carrot cake isn't supposed to taste ridiculously bitter.Sorry won't be returning again.

**FOOD POISONING!!****FOOD POISONING!!**Me and my girlfriend ordered a smoked salmon bagel on the weekend and both had severe food poisoning!! It's been 3 days and we're still sick! I've seen the way they make sandwiches previously and their hygiene is just despicable! I've seen them previously make sandwiches straight off the countertop! And with bare hands!? Who knows what's been on the counter previously!? Also people have allergies!? - On top of that, from the time my girlfriend ordered the sandwich to when she left, the waitress hadn't said one word to her!!! Let alone the fact that my girlfriend also had to ask to be served when there was no one else being served! And my girlfriend was standing at the counter!! Dump. Check the rest of the negative reviews they all say the same thing!

I ordered a chicken sweetcorn and mayo sandwich (to takeaway) and I can honestly say it's by far one of the worst things I've ever eaten and ended up making me feel quite sick. Whatever they've tried to pass as chicken...is DEFINITELY NOT! It was like mushy gruel. There were also bits of gherkin in it!Plus to top it off the bread was thin and dry.Really bad experience and would not go back.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! A shame because the food is actually quite nice but the staff are some of the most nefarious and despisable people I have ever come across, it's as if the owners only hiring criteria is that you have to be an absolute tosser... DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!

Bought a sandwich this morning. Worst sandwich I have bought in ages. How can you get a simple cheese and cucumber sandwich so bad! Bread was stale, cheese tasted awful, had 3 slices of cucumber and no butter on the bread. Got to work and threw it away even though I was hungry.

I am done giving my money to this shamble.3/4 times now I have paid for items, got home and discovered them missing. Today I paid for 2 latkes, I have one. So my children have to share 1 between them.I've never complained but I am now owed approx £10 in food by them, I am disgusted quite honestly.I've also ordered Oat coffee before and received full fat, resulting in me being not well and wasting my money. I've never risked a coffee again.Also, they are incredibly rude from my experience, don't acknowledge you when you're waiting. Staff taking salad from bags with bare hands and slapping beigals on a bare counter??Do better, there is no excuse.Many competent people are in need of jobs.

Most miserable staff I have ever come across spent £33 on takeaway which was not good the herring was not to my standard and the potatoes salad was hard as nails uncookedchopped liver was gooda brocalli and mozzarella quiche was tasteless all in all not a good experience
