Would definitely recommend Dan's services. He has sorted out our laptop and pc problems with absoluteprofessionalism, friendliness and with speed. So impressed with him, and will definitely use his servces in the future. Great value for money too. Dan is a pleasure to know.

Dan is a great tech and knows his stuff. I needed a Mac computer’s data copied over onto a portable hard drive. Dan then wiped the Mac and set it up for my friend to use. He also cleaned all the rubbish off my own computer. Works much faster now. Absolutely great service. Dan came to my home and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better more reliable service and can highly recommend him.

I was experiencing a problem with my laptop, and so contacted Dan Tech Repairs to arrange a repair. We spoke through email, and it was arranged that the laptop would be investigated for a possible virus the following day. The procedure would be carried out via a remote login, and so I forwarded my details to facilitate that happening.Come the time and there was no phone call, and Dan has never replied to my subsequent email neither. I am at a complete loss to understand the service that Dan claims to provide.I fail to understand why it is my responsibility to phone Dan when the arrangements were that he would call me, and he is yet to reply to my last email but can respond to this online complaint. If it were possible to do so I wouldn't have given any stars at all.

Dan was everything we needed and more. Communication was perfect, the work was so quick and he was so kind and helpful. Would 100% recomend. Great service in every aspect.

Dan was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry, I was able to drop off my laptop within a couple of hours. Laptop has been hopeless for years, running so slowly and getting progressively worse until it was pretty much unusable. Dan was able to identify and resolve a few issues and replace a broken disc drive and now my laptop is running so quickly! He was able to quote me quickly for the repair and it's money well spent, certainly cheaper than buying a new laptop.

Dan was extremely useful in being able to diagnose the issue with my broken laptop and be honest about the potential costs of repair. He very kindly moved all my data from my hard drive to ensure nothing was lost. He was very very quick due to the time frame I was under. Thank you

Dan is amazing at what he does and gives understandable answers to any questions about the job in hand. He's very genuine and is always responsive, especially by phone. I took a chance on Dan early in 2023 and haven't looked back. The prices are super reasonable and I get the impression he's truly stimulated by the work he does. My last fix was a proper back and forth as he was trying to work out the best outcome for my situation. I've been using the fixed machine since then knowing that his door is always open if I need more help. What a dude!
