A blocked drain caused water to flow back into the kitchen. Darren and Mike came immediately and sorted out the problem. On a subsequent visit a complete review was done of all our drains and a potential difficulty was pre-empted. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Darren from Drain Developments was communicative and also extremely helpful when I encountered a blocked outdoor drain issue. He promptly assessed the situation and determined that it was a shared drain, falling under Thames Water's responsibility. Despite this, he made a brief attempt to clear the blockage, confirming that the problem originated from my next door neighbour's drain and couldn't be resolved from my side. I appreciate Darren's dedication and the fact that he didn't charge me for the time spent which he rightly could have. Thank you!

We had a blocked kitchen sink, which we had tried to clear ourselves using all of the usual products, but without success.We messaged Drain Developments on Saturday and they came out on Monday - Very prompt service!Mike their engineer arrived at the appointed time, and he was so very courteous and professional. Didn’t know who to turn to when we had an unexpected rainwater drainage problem. Darren used his hi-tech kit and know-how to quickly identify the problem and put forward a solution. Work completed today (Sunday) with a minimum of fuss but high level of customer care. Happy to recommend to anyone, top bloke, nothing is too much trouble and competitively priced. Many thanks again.

Had a badly blocked drain spilling sewage all over the patio. Cement left in it by a patio fitter! which then clogged the whole system. Darren and his team came out within a couple of hours but couldn't clear it. Returned next morning as promised with some heavy duty equipment and managed to clear blockage and remove the spilt cement. Very professional, friendly and efficient and reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

Darren from Drain Developments was amazing today! My elderly and not very well mother realised her drain outside kitchen window (from kitchen sink) was starting to overflow and not go down.Darren quickly found the problem with the drains between my mothers property, the neighbours property and the drain in the road. He then cleared all the blockages in the drains and pipes and ensured all was clear and flowing nicely.Before putting the drain covers back he even made sure they were clean too!Fabulous job done and will continue to recommend! Definitely the best in the business!
