Really like this gym, there's enough equipment to do a solid session. The other gym-goers are friendly enough and there's no steroid culture. If you're a super-strong lifter, you might struggle for plates but apart from that, it will suit most people's requirements.

Absolutely fantastic gym. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very friendly along with great good gym ethics!Whether you're looking for one to one PT sessions, some additional support or just need to get on with it but want a good gym atmosphere this is the place to go

I have been to many gyms in many different cities and this one is my favourite to date. Great priced memberships and packages. Small but NEVER overcrowded and has all the equipment you need. Simon is super friendly and always happy to give you advice, classes are great too. Just spot on!

Went here as a guest with a friend of mine, where do I start?? Firstly the car park is atrocious, meant to be for members but teachers and parents use the spaces when picking up their kids making it impossible to park, in the gym there was a lot of people in uniforms chatting to their friends and not even working out, I think the owner was busy talking conspiracy theories to realise. Hopefully they sort this out I can see people moving to pure gym or something similar for the price match
