Short stay Parking Portree
There is long stay parking (24 hours at a time) down by the water. There should be a sign in this parking lot letting visitors know about the long stay park option since there is very limited spots for hotel guests in town.

Netter, kleiner Ort mit interessanten Geschäften. Es waren allerdings an diesem Tag sehr viele Besucher dort. Es war einfach nur voll. Ich wollte mir einen Kaffee organisieren; dies war nicht möglich. Das Granary (1.Bild) war nicht in der Lage, den Besucherandrang zu bewältigen.

Cash grab for tourists, can only park for two hours. Portree, despite being completely dependent on tourism is not at all established for it.

Short stay Parking Portree
Car park at Somerled Square is in the centre of Portree. It is expensive to park and there is an alternative FREE long stay car park at the bottom of the hill by the shoreline.
