Was greated by a lovely Irish chap, bless him saw how confused i was looked, he gave me some great advice but didn't it didnt feel asif he pushed anything on me, i didn't go ahead with the sale however i will be back as need my bathroom and kitchen doing after Christmas, not sure if the workers get commission but will definitely be looking out for him upon my next arrival.

What a stress free pleasurable experience totally easy felt relaxed and was given expertly friendly advise, made what I thought would be a difficult job a walk in the park! Couldn't recommend the staff and shop enough will definitely be returning in the future.

Yet again great customer service in the Doncaster Wheatley Hall Road branch, been in 5 times in the past few weeks, always helpful, great tiles and reasonable prices with the best returns policy I’ve come across in tile shops. Will be back!!
