Having tried many PTs over the years I can finally say Brad is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to muscle building and fat loss. There are so many PTs out there which claim to know but in reality they dont as I also do my own research so can determine when others dont talk sense.Training is hard work so having a great PT is crucial. I cant thank you enough Brad.

I have just started with Brad (3 weeks in) and already I have been made to feel comfortable, understood and he has really took the time to focus on what my aim goal is. Brad has an incredible knowledge and has been able to teach me so much in a short space of time. I have already seen massive changes with my physique doing a cut, due to Brads guidance, making me enjoy the process as much as possible. Not once has he made me uncomfortable with any questions I ask and is an all round sound guy. He’s an excellent PT who gets results but I also see him becoming a good mate of mine in the process!

I’ve been training since 2007. Over the years I’ve had a number of personal trainers. Brad is by far the best PT I have come across. He has an incredible amount of knowledge for such a young lad. I’ve been training with him for the past 4 years. He has guided me through my ever changing needs of rehabilitation after injury, strength training as well as aesthetics training.I highly recommend Brad, I know you won’t be disappointed having him as your PT.

Definitely one of the best investments I have made. I had personal training from Brad Holt for 1 year and the amount I learned from him was amazing. My form is on point, I lost 30kg in that year without losing strength and the diet plan is spot on. I would highly recommend Brad Holt for personal training sessions if your looking for results.
