The Warwick Arms Hotel
Old school hotel in centre of Warwick. Rooms are quite small and lack air con but are functional. My single bed was a good size but was on the hard side. Shower lack any power. Breakfast was ample and was organised on a help yourself basis.

The Warwick Arms Hotel
We were not guests of the hotel but the staff went totally out of their way to help us. Bev and her colleague saved the day. Me and my mum are super grateful for their kindness. You dont see so friendly and polite staff in many places these days. The place looks lovely too. We will return for sure. Big thank you!!!

The Warwick Arms Hotel
Lovely location, rooms were slightly outdated and couldn't open the window fully, but a great stay overall.Staff were super helpful and always willing to help when needed.Left my bag at the hotel, and travelled several hours home before realising. Called and spoke to Damiana and her customer service was amazing, she went above and beyond to ensure my bag made its way back to me. They initially paid for the postage to post the bag back to me, but I was able to call and pay them back for this. This was greatly appreciated as I understand this is not something that they have to do, taking time out of their busy day to package up the bag and take it to be posted.

My review is only for the food we had at the hotel. Stopped for lunch after visiting the castle. Nothing on our plates seemed to be made fresh. Mostly all out from a frozen bag. Burgers with no garnish to mention other a hot wilted piece of a green leaf which was not lettuce. No flavour whatsover. Dissapointing.

The best kept secret in Warwick. Afternoon tea is an absolute bargain at £15 per person. Our second visit today and loved it. Staff are great, from Rose on the phone to the two young ladies who served us. We were seated, by choice in the bar area and its a lovely comfortable place to enjoy tea.Got a sight of the Sunday roast, that looks an absolute steal at £15.99.We will be returning.

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, we visited the Bar today and enjoyed their coffee and cake, very polite and friendly staff, very efficient excellent service. They had fabulous menu too.. location in Warwick with reach of the castle and town centre..highly recommended..Definitely visit again..

Although the radiators were off, the rooms were unusually hot. The bed was comfortable enough. The shower door fell off. It was fine for a night but don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

The Warwick Arms Hotel
Fantastic location, rooms completely different to as described and advertised. Staff present, but completely inattentive, during breakfast 5 tables could be heard asking for tea/coffee, most tables had missing cutlery, which needed to be requested. No tables cleared and reset during out time in the restaurant. Hot food choices limited, and frequently ran out of items, overall a very poor experience during our 2 night stay.
