I was recommended to The Tech Doctor by another business and so glad to find this service! My 10 year old smashed her iPad screen and it was the end of the world.. especially with us going away tomorrow.We were slotted in the same day and it’s good as new! Really professional set up!! I highly recommend The Tech Doctor and will always from now on tag this business when I see someone in need of tech repair! Many many thanks for making my daughter’s day and my life so much easier!!

I am very impressed and extremely grateful to Joe fitting a replacement screen to my iPhone 12 Pro. He’s very knowledgeable and explains clearly what he will do with your phone as well as reassuring me the phone was safe and secure with him. He was happy for me to wait while he repaired - which only took just over 30 mins and less than half the price that Apple charge!!Thanks Joe

My iPad Pro screen was completely smashed (5 year son and dog to blame!). The service provided was second to none, with regular updates provided throughout. In all, the screen was repaired in less than 48 hours for a really competitive price too - all other local providers were considerably more for the screen and glass replacement. Will be using again if/when required and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you very much!

Wow! My daughter’s phone battery had been playing up for months until yesterday when it swelled and pushed the screen out of the body of the phone. I called on The Tech Doctor at 9:30 today and had the phone back in perfect working order by the end of the day. Joe’s professional workshop set up and approach fills you with confidence that he really knows his stuff. I’ll be using him, and recommending him whenever the need arises. Thanks Joe, the contrast between you and the usual high street repair cowboys is amazing. 10/10.

Contacted The Tech Doctor Monday evening as my daughter had cracked the screen on her 9th gen iPad, and he replied straight away, with a price and when he could fit us in. The price was better than most online prices and being local we didn’t have to pay postage. Dropped it off 730 one evening and it was ready for collection the following morning. Professional, friendly, affordable, and efficient. Can’t ask for more. Will use again and recommend.

I can't recommend Joe highly enough. Quickly and efficiently he was able to correct a poor job done elsewhere on my smashed screen. He also went above and beyond reassuring me that data had not been lost and offering solutions to transfer and back up. He was friendly, amenable and very competitively priced. Thank you Joe!
