Ziad's service was excellent. He found & fixed the fault quickly and offered some informative and pragmatic advice. We will be inviting Ziad and his company back in the new year to advise on a replacement boiler in conjunction with a kitchen renovation project. In addition he was here on a very timely basis and extremely polite.

I had a gas leak and it was causing everyone in the house tiredness and headache. Ziad came and spent a lot of time just triple checking everything and managed to seal the gas leak. I can confirm that this man is the best plumber you'll ever get and have. He actually cares about the health and wellbeing of the household he visits unlike other plumbers out there.If you want the only best service. I suggest you go with this company, as they provide services that are 200% worth of effort. Words cannot convey or portray how amazing the services Mr. Ziad provided. BUT, all I can say is you are in safe hands if you choose this company to fix your home problems. :D :)

Whilst the work done was of good quality and rapid, the fee charges were exorbitant.Ziad wanted to charge £120+VAT for 1 hour of work, ostensibly having reduced it from £180+VAT.Despite informing him that the standard rate is £85+VAT, he wasnt having any of it.Ziad insisted that he stated a price over the phone, this was simply untrue.Whilst I appreciate the quality of the workmanship, I will not be employing their services again.In response to the owners reply: You did not state anything about a call out charge or anything else. This is unprofessional from you. Instead of doubling down, simply apologise and learn for the future.

Ziad was both punctual and professional. He confirmed the price before the job and charged me the price that he confirmed.I will certainly keep his details to use him again.

Very happy with Ziad's work. He is quick to respond and has put in a new boiler system and cleaned radiators. Very happy to use him again.

On each occasion i have had to call out Ziad at H2O Gas Ltd he has been prompt, friendly and very efficient. His services have ranged from unblocking sinks, fixing leaks to replacing major pipework within interior walls. Each time he has left our home as tidy as he found it and resolved the problem. Highly recommended!

Great Local Company.We have used Ziad now for 3 years. Its very useful in the fact he does Commercial and Domestic work which is hard to find. The jobs have always been completed on time and to our complete satisfaction . For what he doers the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
