Absolutely love M&G products, top quality, great designs and fab customer service.

I have 3 belts, 2 key rings, 1 fedora and a clutch bag from M&G…And I will definitely buy more!They are my go-to brand for all things leather and countryside accessories.The quality of all their products is top notch along with beautiful packaging and presentation.Last year, I was worried about putting a new hole in one of my belts to make it smaller, so when I went to The Game Fair I found their stand and asked for their advice, they very quickly offered to send my belt back to the workshop to be shortened and my initials re-embossed, for free! I was so impressed by their offer and a few days later my belt had arrived like new!Thank you so much for your incredible customer service and I look forward to purchasing more.

I have bought many things from Mackenzie & George, all of which have been the most fantastic quality. Recently I needed a 21st Birthday gift and I needed it the next day! I ordered online and the personalised keyring was with me by lunchtime the following day! I know this may not always happen, as delivery services play a part as well, but the customer service from M & G is excellent. I highly recommend then for all their products and services. I bought a Fedora a few years ago from M&G. It was shipped quickly and beautifully yet safely packaged too. It's had a pretty busy life since then but continues to look as good as new after some great advice from the team back then. I've gone on to purchase other products from then since and would thoroughly recommend them. Their ethos is spot on too.
