I live locally and use their dry cleaning service more than 4 years and it has been great always on time. However their alteration service is quite dissappointed - not detailed and even delayed without giving any notice. I hope this will improve soon.

I pay £75 for a terrible service . I only took it to wash and dry and he gave it to me wet and with some torn clothes, also with pieces of plastic (not my clothes) A ​​white t-shirt that I have has pink stains, I told him very clearly that I wanted my clothes separate (colours and whites). Some of the clothes were still dirty as well . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I would never use this place again.

I had a complicated alteration request and it was done to perfection, very skilled lady. Have gone there many times for dry cleaning and they are brilliant, very friendly also. Highly recommended!

Basma did the alterations on my wedding dress and the result was absolutely amazing! The dress needed some fairly complicated changes, such as changing the shape of the skirt, shortening several layers including an outer layer with a scalloped edge and lots of appliques and building a bra into a strapless, backless top. Basma executed everything to perfection in a short space of time and for a very reasonable price. She also came up with additional ideas and improvements and I now have the dress of my dreams! Really lovely person and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I had a beautiful sofa cover made, as my leather sofa is too smooth and slippery to sit on comfortably. I’m very happy with the cover, it’s perfect.

Excellent service and so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Basma has shortened dresses and altered tablecloths for us beautifully, and also managed to sort a coat zip without replacing the whole zip. Dry cleaning has all been excellent too. Five star service all round. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The team went above and beyond to carry out a top quality cleaning and repairs job on a coat we recently purchased second hand. The coat looks like new after the clean and small repairs were carefully managed. Lovely personal service as well. Thank you.
