Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guys. Nothing is too much trouble. Asked them to order some latex inner tubes and valve extenders for my TT wheels and they even opened the shop slightly early so I could pick them up .First class , will be back

Popped in for some cleaning products today. 1st class service, knowledgeable, friendly staff who are just chuffed you’re out and about on two wheels. Wish them every success. Plus, I got to leave feeling good I hadn’t bought off Amazon and had shopped local. I’ll be back there before long.

Amazing bikes for sale , just bobbed in for a mooche and now I'm trying to justify to the Mrs why I should have a top of the range downhill carbon fibre electric mountain bike to ride to work! . Really sound knowledgeable chap I talked to when I get the go ahead I'll be buying my bike from there ,great place.

Absolutely brilliant service!!!I called in at the cycle hub after having a fall which left my ultegra di2 inoperable. The guys had it repaired and adjusted and I collected the next day.The guys are really friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I took the bike in late on Saturday afternoon and the bike was repaired and collected by Sunday afternoon.100% recommend these guys, thanks again, absolute legends

Well run, clean shop with loads of stock and super helpful and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would drink coffee and wobble around on demo bikes again!

Visited the shop last week to have a look as I pass the area quite often. I was very impressed walking into the shop. I was greeted warmly by the shop owners and helped every step of the way with the choices of parts and bikes.I ended up leaving after a wonderful coffee and ordering some nice new pedals for my back.I plan to go back soon to order some more items from the very polite and knowledgeable staff!!If you need anything from road to mountain bike advice, parts, bike and servicing I would not hesitate to contact these guys!

Came over to discuss what bike would suit and felt very comfortable from the outset. Nick came up with an excellent suggestion, which suits what I want to do and fits me with my very short legs. Chris was very helpful when I returned to buy the bike and it was built up for me promptly. A first-rate customer service experience, highly recommended. Coffee game is strong too. A warm hug of a shop!Bike was checked over 6 weeks later and I really appreciated the oasis of calm during what was otherwise the busiest day I've had in years. Lots of help offered, highly recommended. Coffee still excellent. Lovely.Edit: Equally excellent in new, much larger premises (March 23). I was worried it wouldn't be the same but it's a fantastic space with lots of bikes and still everyone coming to chat. Thanks for sorting out another bike, fits perfectly and is a total hoot to ride. :-)

These guys know their stuff and are cycling enthusiasts and more. I've just collected my new ride and it's bl88dy awesome! The Cycle Hub, (Nick and Chris), put huge effort into getting a demo bike to test ride, and the bike I ordered and have collected minutes ago. It's more than a shop, it's a cycling community centre! Pop in and have a coffee and chat about bikes...what's more they have top service guys who can sort out any issues with your ride. Chester needs this level of bike shop, and I cant wait to get out on my shiny new BMC E-bike.
