Faultless service from start to finish. Originally our wedding should have been last year and Jacksons were going to squeeze us in as they were already booked up which we could not appreciate more. As it happens, we had a pandemic thrown in and so the wedding was postponed. Communication was second to none throughout the whole process from initial booking to the event and nothing was too much trouble. The marquee was stunning, everything we could have hoped for and more. The put up and take down was efficient and professional and the whole team were beyond helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. This was our second time booking a marquee with Jacksons for event on stafford showground. They had just about finished putting up the marquee, but did not ask where we wanted the access entrances so were not happy when asked to change them as i had been delayed in traffic, getting to site. Also, booked coconut matting which was so wet we could not put our stock on it till it had dried so stopped us setting up, in some areas it was not even securely fastened down or laid flat, so customers entering the marquee could potentially fall over which is a health and safety issue, they did eventually come back to rectify the looseness of the matting and put more nails in to secure it before the event started. Called yesterday to book for event and today had email refusing to honour the booking placed, cannot believe the rudeness of sending an email when i called to book a marquee so much for being caring and professional !!!The first time a marquee was booked we did not have any issues with the matting laid as it was secure so it would not be a trip hazard to customers who could then sue us on health and safety issue. Thats why we asked you to provide a marquee with matting in July this year, but did not expect the bad experience and did not think it would go against booking again but obviously as it was a different person booking this time and the way the call was handled by not asking for any information etc it seemed very bad customer service experience BUT to hide behind an email and refuse to honour the booking after agreeing on the phone you must have an over flowing order book and don't have time to keep repeat customers business.

We used Jackson's for our wedding on a farm just outside of Stafford.We had to move the date multiple times because of Covid-19 and they were nothing but helpful when it came to changing the dates, time after time after time... over and over again.The marquee arrived well ahead of time and the team putting it up were very friendly and put it up the way we had asked (They also added some suggestions which was greatly appreciated)We had a traditional style marquee which came with a full wooden floor and it looked fantastic. (The picture attached is how it looked before it was decorated)There was a minor fault with one of the lights which was only discovered the day after they put it up, but absolute credit to the team... they came back out as quick as they could and fixed this issue. Top service!I had been quoted some down right disgusting prices from other companies in the area and the price we paid was very fair considering the level of service and the extras we had on the top.I would recommend this company to anybody and will use them again in the future.
