Very helpful and actually LISTEN to what you say. Steve is very easy to talk to and doesn't assume that just because you are female that you know nothing!!! He is very busy - which is a good thing - and books you in for a specified time - ie my MOT was at 2.40pm - and yes, the car went in within 5 minutes! He keeps you informed of what's going on - ie the first day my car was due for MOT he phoned me to say his lif had broken and he'd phone me when it was fixed - which he did and we rebooked. I would highly recommend.
