Since joining West London Sprints and Hurdles I have performed better each season and consistently run PBs. The coaching team are supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about what do, and help the athletes to understand the purpose of each session and drill. As an experienced athlete of 15 years, this is the most rounded and effective training environment I have been a part of.

West London Pole Vault have provided me with everything I need and more to perform at my best. The coaching is excellent with great support and a well structured training program. The program is also adapted if needed due to anything from injury to fitness levels. It is the first time in my pole vaulting career that I have had a coach who has the same goal as me which is incredible! I am very excited and looking forward to jump some higher heights with Ellie coaching me.
