I was apprehensive to get my bathroom done due to previous experiences with other contractors. I cannot speak highly enough of Spas, he was very professional from the outset and me and my wife are very happy with the finished product. Cant wait to finish the kids bathroom with him later on this year.

I used Spas and his team at BIC for a large flat refurb in SW18, done in phases, and he has been brilliant at every step of the way. Did a ceiling removal / add insulation / re-plaster and paint job - made more complicated by us, because we wanted to keep the original cornices - and it worked out impeccably. Also did a wet room / bathroom - involving everything from floor joists and plumbing to tiling and hand made cabinets. Also did a kitchen, storage units, and various other bits of work.They are not the cheapest option, but they are very good, reliable, hard working, and very amenable to changes in circumstances, or making sure you are happy with the end result. I have used his team in isolation on some things, and in parallel with other contractors on others, and it has always worked out - mainly because Spas is a perfectionist. He won’t be happy with the work until you are happy. My kind of builder!

Spas and team have always been great to work with. Three years ago, they had our roof done which is in great condition. A year later we invited them to fit a new bathroom and sanitaries. The work was finished on time with us having to spend little time on site because Spas took on management responsibilities and kept us updates with images throughout the whole project.

I've used Building Intelligent Construction for designing and creating my luxury bridal room and I must say I couldn't be happier with the results. I have used this Company on a number of occasions since 2012 when Spas was recommended to me by a colleague. He is reliable, honest and a perfectionist!The list of jobs, big and small, is too long to list here. Suffice it to say everything has been carried out to a high standard and stood the test of time.Another plus point is that Spas does not take you for a ride. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work and he sticks to his quotes. I'd recommend BIC for any job from painting to projects involving large structural works.

I first used Building Intelligent Construction for a major renovation project in 2013 which included converting three small rooms into one large room, designing and building a utilities area and refitting a bathroom and powder room.
